The Tiger Shroff actioner Baaghi 3 that released yesterday opened on a good note. Directed by Ahmed Khan the film which released across 4400 screens in the domestic market lived upto expectation at the box office on day 1 despite the Coronavirus scare.

Collecting Rs. 17.50 cr on its opening day Baaghi 3 has managed to out beat the Ajay Devgn starrer Tanhaji – The Unsung Warrior that had collected Rs. 15.10 cr to become the highest opening day grosser of 2020. Besides Tanhaji, the third instalment in the Baaghi franchise has managed to perform better than other release as well like, Love Aaj Kal that collected Rs. 12 cr, Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan that collected Rs. 9.55 cr, Street Dancer 3D that collected Rs. 9.50 cr, Malang that collected Rs. 6.71 cr, Bhoot - Part 1 - The Haunted Ship that collected Rs. 5.10 cr, Chhapaak that collected Rs. 4.77 cr, Jawaani Jaaneman that collected Rs. 3.24 cr, and Thappad that had collected Rs. 2.89 cr.
As of now, Baaghi 3 enjoys not only a wide release but also an unopposed run in theatres. This coupled with the fact that the film has received positive reviews, expectation are that the business of Baaghi 3 will see immense growth over its opening weekend.
